Monitoring & Evaluation
BGCLS have an extensive monitoring and evaluation program that has been part of our core work since 2016. The program aims to continuously analyse client experience and aid in strategic planning to ensure a client centred approach to service delivery.
In the 2019 - 2020 year we have continued to implement existing measurement tools and monitor the overall experiences of our clients, focusing not only on legal outcomes, but overall client wellbeing.
